METRICS is the congress that turns uncertainty into the capacity to act.
It brings together, in one place, governments, armed forces, civil-protection agencies, research bodies, banks, industrials and, more broadly, every organisation operating in complex environments. Its purpose is not merely to talk about risk: it is to let each participant make risk legible, comparable and directly actionable.
METRICS offers a personalised approach to risk exposure. It is studied at the scale of a country or territory, a legal framework, a source of financing, a sector of activity and a mission — and it goes right down to the level of the individual role. The needs of a researcher, a legal director, a security officer or a general are not the same: METRICS helps build the indicators that make this specific exposure understandable and guide the decision.
Risks are not handled in silos.
